Dean Clarke joined Concerto Networks® in May of 2004 as a franchise owner in Essex County New Jersey. He brings more than 15 years of Information Technology (IT) experience and four years of small business experience to his position with the company. Each Concerto Networks franchise owner strives to provide consistent-quality, computer and business technology support to small-to-medium size businesses nationwide, allowing clients to focus on their business and not their technology. Franchise Owner: Dean Clarke
Professional Biography |
Prior to coming on board with Concerto Networks, Dean spent three years working for Harcait Technologies, Inc. as a Publisher and Founder of the company’s Stock Options Manual, a comprehensive investment education service that supplied stock and OEX index option recommendations via the Internet. In this capacity, he was responsible for creating a completely new Web service, including all design and architecture, content management, hardware requirements and ongoing project management. After building a complete computer infrastructure for the company, he was responsible for updating and supporting internal computer systems, including networking, finance, sales and desktops. Previously, as Director of Client Solutions for Vertis DPS, Inc., Dean prepared an in depth study and report to outline the technology strategy for the future growth of the company. He’s also spent time as a Consultant for Morgan Stanley and Project Manager for Electronic Data Systems and earned the titles of Marketing Director, Financial Analyst and Senior Engineer for several other companies. Dean was a Chief Warrant Officer and Helicopter Pilot in the United States Army. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering and a Master’s degree in Finance/Marketing from the University of Rhode Island. Dean has received training from such companies as Sprint, Hewlett Packard, Oracle and IBM. He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate and a CompTIA Networks+® Certified Technician.

Each Concerto Networks member is positioned to act as an outsourced Information Technology (IT) Director, offering services that include initial needs assessments, purchasing guidance, installation, and maintenance of complete office technology systems including business systems, wired and wireless communications and networking, computer hardware and software, and Internet and Web hosting solutions.
