Jeff Beinhaur
Jeff Beinhaur joined Concerto Networks® in August 2004 as a franchise owner and Area Developer in central Pennsylvania. He brings more than 25 years of Information Technology (IT) experience and 14 years of small business ownership experience to his position with the company. Each Concerto Networks franchise owner strives to provide consistent-quality, computer and business technology support to small-to-medium size businesses nationwide, allowing clients to focus on their business and not their technology. Franchise Owner: Jeff Beinhaur
Professional Biography |
Prior to coming on board with Concerto Networks, Jeff spent eight years as Deputy Project Manager and Senior Analyst for the Washington DC Women, Infants and Children and Commodity Supplemental Food Programs (WIC & CSFP). In this capacity he was responsible for all client contact and relations as well as overall coordination of system efforts. He was also responsible for analysis, design, programming and production support and various PC interfaces. He provided all mainframe support for the Georgia WIC system since July 2003. Before this, he worked as an Independent Consultant providing IT support for several companies, including a Book Of The Month Club, Pennsylvania Blue Shield, Boscov’s Department Stores and Weis Markets. He also worked as the Director of Client Services and Systems Engineer for Computer Resource Associates, Inc. and as an Operations Analyst and Programmer for True Temper Corporation. In addition to his professional technology experience, Jeff is also the Director of Competition Services at Ski Roundtop in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania. He is a certified member of both the Professional Ski Instructors of America and the United States Ski Coaches Association. He currently runs very successful race programs and competition services and is a staff trainer for fellow ski instructors. He has worked with Olympic gold medallist Diann Roffe. Jeff earned a degree in Data Processing from Harrisburg Area Community College.
Steve Ickes
Steve Ickes started with Concerto after fifteen years of IT experience. He has worked primarily in the financial services and insurance industries for companies such as Prudential Insurance Company, and Principal Financial Services. He started as a help desk technician and worked his way up to a position as a regional technology director. His experience includes pc support, network administration, IT planning and integration, business needs analysis, and staff and fiscal management. He also has experience in multi-platform environments such as Windows, Novell, and Linux.

Each Concerto Networks franchise owner is positioned to act as an outsourced Information Technology (IT) Director, offering services that include initial needs assessments, purchasing guidance, installation, and maintenance of complete office technology systems including business systems, wired and wireless communications and networking, computer hardware and software, and Internet and Web hosting solutions.
