Gary Gray joined Concerto Networks® in September 2005 as a franchise owner in Houston, TX. He brings more than 15 years of Information Technology (IT), entrepreneurial and leadership experience to his position with the company. Each Concerto Networks franchise owner strives to provide consistent-quality, computer and business technology support to small-to-medium size businesses nationwide, allowing clients to focus on their business and not their technology. Prior to coming on board with Concerto Networks, Gary spent 2 years as the owner and operator of his own IT consulting company to small businesses, Northwest Networks. Prior to this he was a Field Engineer for the Tomball Independent School District of Tomball, TX. |

Professional Biography |
In this role he was the primary source of every technology need from desktop support to network administration for the district’s staff of over 1100 members and 8000 students spanning 14 campuses and facilities. Gary’s experience also includes IT, network and systems management for such companies as BMC Software, Northrop Grumman, Semio Corporation and Kivera Inc. in the Bay Area of California. In his roles at these organizations Gary provided hands-on IT support, managed accounts with key partners and suppliers, managed technology teams under his supervision, collaborated with quality assurance and assumed leadership roles in key projects. Gary spent 6 years as a Submarine Sonar Technician and 7 years as an Acoustic Intelligence Analyst for the United States Navy. Gary is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), is CompTIA Network+ and A+ Certified, is Unix Systems Management and Administration certified and holds an HP professional certification in Desktops, Workstations and Thin Clients. Gary is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in IT Network Management from the Western Governors University.
