Herman Kroemer joined Concerto Networks® in November 2005 as a franchise owner in Ft. Wayne, IN. In August of 2007, Herman moved his franchise to Yuma, Arizona. He brings more than 15 years of Information Technology (IT), entrepreneurial and leadership experience to his position with the company.
Prior to coming on board with Concerto Networks, Herman held a variety of high level positions for various consulting, technology and communication organizations. Most recently he spent three years managing and executing client specific project plans from creation to completion as a Senior Consultant for Santan Consulting Group, LLC. In this role he delivered timely and accurate reporting of resources, reporting of revenue, managed and led Technical Service Consultants and simultaneously assisted in the pre-sales and post-sales process. |

Personal Biography

Previous to this he developed and deployed backup and recovery processes, provided sales support, managed and mentored 30 direct reports and performed as a project manager as a Service Delivery Manager for Sprint E|Solutions. He also spent six years as a UNIX system administrator for Motorola, Inc where he planned and managed a variety of integral technology functions including server upgrades and documentation. Herman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ. Herman is a Sun Microsystems Certified Solaris Administrator and has studied a multitude of technical applications including “C” programming, firewall administration, fault analysis, Cisco Router and Lan Switching and project management.
