Clide joined Concerto Networks® in October 2006 as the first franchise owner for the Washington, DC area. He brings more than 10 years of Information Technology (IT), engineering and management experience to his position with the company.
Prior to coming on board with Concerto Networks, Clide spent over eight years in various technical and professional roles. His background includes leadership experience with expertise in the following areas: consulting, strategic planning, project management, multi-site operations, customer support, business process improvements, and budget preparation and control. |

Clide has worked with non-profit organizations, small businesses, and government institutions to develop and implement effective technology plans and systems. He has also led technology support teams in both the private and public sectors. In every environment, he has consistently focused on managing and using IT as a strategic business tool.
Furthermore, Clide has delivered value-oriented services using the following industry concepts and methodologies: the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Information Technology Information Library (ITIL), and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM).
Clide has a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland University College and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of the District of Columbia. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMI/PMP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

Each Concerto Networks franchise owner is positioned to act as an outsourced Information Technology (IT) Director, offering services that include initial needs assessments, purchasing guidance, installation, and maintenance of complete office technology systems including business systems, wired and wireless communications and networking, computer hardware and software, and Internet and Web hosting solutions.
