Mitchell Glassman joined Concerto Networks® in September 2006 as a franchise owner in Central Maryland.
Prior to coming on board with Concerto Networks, Mitchell spent over 20 years in various technical and professional roles. A significant piece of his background included software development as a principal developer for industrial process control systems, for Electronics Modules Corporation (currently known as Telvent) for over 10 years. |

In this role he also delivered customer support and critical troubleshooting. Most recently he spent over 8 years as an Independent Contractor for this same organization as well as other businesses in his community, aiding them in their business technology needs from basic computer support and technology security to more advanced programming and development projects. He has spent the last 2 years focusing on his IT services business and prides himself on not only solving computer and technology problems for clients, but also helping them to better understand and to make a more effective use of technology to protect and grow their business. Mitchell graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Towson State University in 1984. Mitchell is also a Baltimore native.
