Marie Civitano joined Concerto Networks® in April 2007 as a franchise owner in Folsom Lake, CA. She brings more than 12 years of Information Technology (IT), entrepreneurial and leadership experience to her position with the company.
Prior to coming on board with Concerto Networks, Marie performed various computer consulting services to healthcare providers such as Blue Shield of California and Sutter Health Medical Center, where she supported over 300 users. In her role as a Desktop Support consultant working with healthcare companies, she has helped make their business lives easier by aiding with them with everything from configuring and installing secure and HIPPA complaint computer systems to backing up data and documenting software licenses and inventory. Prior to this Marie spent over 10 years providing similar desktop support and IT analyst services at various hi-tech organizations such as Stanford Linear Accelerator, ST Microelectronics and Kao Info Systems. In addition to her technical expertise, Marie has also performed various customer service functions throughout her career. This has given her the ability to handle her client’s computer issues but also to take the extra time to listen to their concerns and find the best solution possible to help their business needs.
