Javier Ortiz joined Concerto Networks® in September 2007 as a franchise owner in Puerto Rico. He brings moret han 17 years of Information Technology (IT), entrepreneurial and leadership experience to his position with the company.
Prior to coming on board with Concerto Networks, Javier spent over seventeen years in various business management and
technical roles within the Procter & Gamble organization from IT Systems Analyst to Business Project Manager. Javier also has
experience in mergers and acquisitions, including integration processes, ITIL service management methodology and project
management methodology. Most recently Javier was one of the Business Project Managers for the Gillette acquisition
and integration to Procter & Gamble. This was a significant program to assess operations for both companies, develop processes
and systems for the merger, and training and testing phases through the launch.

Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus and a Masters degree in Engineering Management from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, San Juan Campus.
