Although the administrators and moderators of Concerto Networks Extranet will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this site, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and Concerto Networks cannot be held responsible for the content of any message.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NEITHER CN, NOR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OR REPRESENTATIVES, HAS MADE ANY CLAIMS OR REPRESENTATIONS WHATSOEVER REGARDING POTENTIAL REVENUES, EARNINGS OR PROFITS THAT YOU MAY ACHIEVE AS THE OWNER OF A CN MEMBERSHIP OR FRANCHISE, AND THAT YOU HAVE NOT MADE A DECISION TO PURCHASE YOUR CN MEMBERSHIP OR FRANCHISE BASED ON ANY SUCH REPRESENTATIONS.

Pricing of Products and Services

You fully understand that although CN publishes recommended pricing and pricing policies, as an independent business owner you are free to establish your own pricing for products and services sold from your CN business, or adjust the final program pricing  (when applicable) to your clients. Should you elect to price products and services too low, you may adversely affect margins; and should you elect to set prices too high, you may lose business to your competitors. In either case your profitability will suffer.
 
Failure to Participate in Recommended Business Activities

You hereby acknowledge that your failure to offer services or products recommended by CN or to participate in National Programs when and if available may have a significant detrimental effect on the revenues and profitability or your CN business, and you agree to accept full responsibility for any decisions that you may make to disregard CN recommendations regarding offering of these services or products.

Acknowledgment

By accepting these terms, you hereby indicate that YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT ALL OF THE RISKS described above and all other risks not describe above that may affect your ability to profitably operate your Concerto Networks business.
