Previously I was employed by some very forward technology companies, both as an innovator (ATT and EDS) and as a user (Morgan Stanley). As satisfying as this was, I felt that I was always subject to the economies of the current business climate. I was never able to provide to my clients what I felt they deserved and expected. I wanted the ability to control my own future according to the way I wanted to be treated as a customer. A success profile about Concerto Networks® caught my attention in Entrepreneur Magazine. I was intrigued about the lack of service and professionalism the company's founder, Ray Hivoral, experienced when he tried to get his laptop fixed and how he came up with the idea of creating a national network of businesses specializing in Information Technology (IT). After careful consideration, I decided to proceed in starting my own business and joined Concerto Networks.

I established my own small business a couple years back but never had the confidence to pursue it full time due to my small reach. I am a sales person who happens to be in the telecom and technical field. My family is and has always been a business oriented family. Many families talk about sports at the dinner table, we discussed customer care, investing, cash flow, supply and demand and tax law. I was destined to one day to be independently employed. Like many small independent consultants having a “plan” to acquire new business, grow the business and do all the back office support tasks was daunting. As I learned more about Concerto Networks, the more I liked the independence combined with the accountability of working within a defined system which gives the support I need.

I always dreamed of running my own business and after leaving the corporate world, decided to take the next step and devote my talents to owning and operating a computer business. The choice was simple, "I enjoy the entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to solve my client's computer and technology problems while still having time to enjoy my family."
