Concerto Networks expands into Phoenix, AZ.  An existing IT services and computer consulting company joins the Concerto Networks membership association and takes advantage of the CNCSC-NOC to land prospective service agreements with a national network of Point of Sale (POS) systems providers.

The CNCSC-NOC adds an umbrella layer of support to Concerto Networks’ members in the field.  The CNCSC-NOC (also known as a “Help Desk”) is staffed with Technicians and System Engineers to provide remote services the member’s end-clients.  The CNCSC-NOC may easily communicate directly with the end-clients to resolve all the necessary issues per the SOS (Simple Office Support) service agreement contracts.  This added layer of support allows the CNCSC-NOC to provide information to Concerto Networks’ members in the field while onsite at the client’s office or before a member is present at the client’s office.  This value-add layer of support offered by CNCSC-NOC provides a higher quality of service in comparison to traditional independent IT/Computer support companies.  In addition, members are freed from reacting to all service calls and having this proactive system in place allow members to concentrate on client relationships and new customer acquisitions.
